Withdrawals and Refunds

General Policy

Withdrawals will be accepted for any reason when notice is given prior to the deadline of the event. Players must call the Tour office to withdraw.

For withdrawals after the deadline, the player will forfeit the cost of tee times reserved for his spot in the event. He will be refunded the balance of the entry fee. Medical withdrawals after the deadline will be evaluated on a case by case basis. To obtain a full refund, the player must submit written documentation containing a doctor’s official letterhead (when practicable).

No refund or credit will be given for any reason once a player's tee time has occurred. ‘No shows’ will not receive a refund or credit for any reason.

Withdrawals for PGA, LPGA, Nationwide, Canadian, Hooters, Futures, PGA Section, or Major Amateur Qualifiers

Players who are scheduled to play in a Michigan Player’s Tour event, but qualify to play in a PGA, LPGA, Nationwide, Canadian, Hooters, Futures, PGA Section, or a major amateur tournament that week, will receive a full credit or refund of their tournament entry fee if they notify the Tour of their desire to withdraw prior to their tee time in the event.
