Photography and Television Rights
Players competing on the Michigan Player’s Tour must give their explicit permission to be photographed, televised, and / or videotaped while practicing or competing in Tour events. Images and audio taken of players in Tour events will be used strictly to publicize the event or the Tour, and to create a record of the results of the event for television broadcast, web and print publishing, and radio. The Tour will not use a player’s name or image in any commercial advertising without the player’s specific permission.

Injury and Liability
As independent contractors, players on the Tour are expected to maintain their own health and liability insurance policies. All players must sign a waiver of liability prior to competing in a Michigan Player’s Tour event. The waiver form can be downloaded from this web site by clicking on the PDF icon below.
